1.How can I track my order?

 

We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

 

 

2. How do I know if ordering online is secure?

3. What happens when my item is backordered?

Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes.

 

4. How long will be the parcel arrived our country?

After we ship it the parcel will be delivery in 5-20 workdays during all the post process ordinary. Well, due to unforeseen circumstances, the time will be last a little longer. Please do not worry about it.

 

 

5. How can I pay for international orders?

Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, PayPal®, PayPal Express® and more localized payment options are accepted for international orders. Payment methods vary by destination, and you will see all your options during checkout.

7. How do I can change my order or cancel my order?

When we received your payment, we will deal with your order within 2 days. So if you real want to change it or cancel it, we hope you can tell us within 2 days. Because if we ship it out , it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.

 

8. How do I can return the items to your company?

The product can be returned within seven days after receipt, but the product packaging and product cannot be damaged. The freight must be borne by the customer. If the product quality is defective, it can be replaced.

 

9. How many payment method do you accept?

We can receiving the payment through Paypal Method

 

10. How long can I get the customized Product?

Because the product is customized, we must ask the manufacture to product it. So usally it need about 7 days to get the item from the factory. We hope you can wait for it patiently. And once the parcel is shipped,we will give you the tracking number.

 

11. Why do you charge my card more than your product price?

We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand.

 

12. What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?

If you're missing items or shipments within 30 days of the ship date, visit your account to report an order issue or contact us for help.

 

13.How do I ship to an international address?

International shopping for Nordstrom products is offered through our international e-commerce partner.

 

14. What kinds of promotions do you offer?

We like to reward our customers with special promotional offers. Available promotions will be indicated on relevant pages of our website. We offer:

  • Gifts with Purchase: Some of our most popular promotions are complimentary gifts with purchase, from cosmetics and fragrances to hats and golf balls. These promotions are typically associated with a specific brand, item or minimum order total. If shipping to multiple destinations, the gift will automatically ship to the billing address.
  • Buy & Save: This promotion allows our customers to receive a discount by purchasing multiples of one item or specified group of items. The discount will apply in the checkout process.
  • Employee Discount: Nordstrom employees may enter their employee numbers in the promotion code field during the checkout process.

 

15. How do I use a promotion code?

  • Promotion Code: You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.
  • Automatic: Many promotions do not require a promotion code and will automatically be added to your order during the checkout process. You can see that the promotion has been added at the bottom of the checkout page.

 

16. Are there any restrictions for promotions?

Promotions may be limited to purchases from participating brands, a specified group of items or a minimum order price. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply lasts. Promotional offers do not apply to international orders.
